So… I bought green paint! If you know me, you know this is very unlike me and my usual style. I naturally gravitate towards neutrals when it comes to our home (Remington’s room being my only exception). After Christmas
As much as I love decorating for Christmas in our home, I also love taking the decor down when Christmas is over. Taking down the tree, pulling down the garland, and sweeping my house… I love a fresh clean slate after Christmas. Let me start by saying this is a recipe my mom made ever Christmas Eve of the Eve. I have WONDERFUL memories of growing up being at home eating these the week of Christmas. Eggnog Punch
I recently made this super yummy eggnog punch for a family gathering and shared a timelapse of it on my IG. Since everyone ended up wanting the recipe, I’m sharing it below! What you’ll need: 2-liters of ginger ale chilled 1 carton of eggnog 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream gold sprinkles (optional but festive!) Instructions: Add all ingredients together in a large bowl. Can you believe Christmas is only one week away?! Last weekend we hosted my family’s Christmas on the Russell side, so I decided to get each couple and each of the kids a gingerbread house to decorate! I bought the prebuilt ones which you can find HERE.
