This recipe is a family classic on my dad’s side. Every time we would visit my Poppa and Nonna growing up they would have this chicken spaghetti cooking. Nothing like the smell of chicken spaghetti on the stovetop! Here’s my (slightly different) take on my Poppa’s classic. Basics of Cabinet I bought this cabinet at a local thrift store almost a year ago. I paid $350. It’s handmade and approximately 10 feet tall. It’s huge! Finally I painted it. I used the color Bellwood by Fusion Mineral Paint. It took two 16.9oz jars to complete this paint project. To protect the paint I added a coat of tough coat on top of the paint. What you need: 1lb ground beef cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning 1 can corn 1 can black beans 1 can petite tomatoes 1 cup cheese cornbread What You’ll Do: Cook ground beef, drain and season with taco seasoning. Basically just like you would if you were making tacos. Then place ground beef in a sprayed 12″ cast iron skillet. Next drain your beans, corn and tomatoes and add them on top of the ground beef.
